1. The acceptance of a membership is at the sole discretion of Skill Court Academy, who reserves the right to accept or refuse any membership application or guest without an explanation or reason.

2. Prospect signing up at Skill Court Academy shall provide following information:

2.1 Name, Phone number and Email

2.1.1 Emergency Contact: Name, Phone number

3. All persons entering the club and using the facilities may do so at their own risk. Neither the designated club nor any associated company can accept responsibility or liability for any injury loss fatality or damage caused to any person or property. Members and their guests agree that no claims will be made against Skill Court Academy or any of its subsidiaries, the management or staff for any reason whatsoever.

4. The use of the club and its facilities is subject to the terms of the notices displayed which are incorporated into and form a part of this rules and regulations.

5. Members must comply with the rules and regulations of the club, which may be amended, varied, deleted, and added to from time to time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of membership and forfeiture of any fees.

6. Any person who loses, damages, or destroy the property of the club shall be held responsible and liable for repair or replacement of such property at their sole expense.

7. Members and their guests use the facilities and participate in the activities at their own risk and are advised to consult their physician prior to commencing any passive or active physical exercise program. Your doctor or relevant health professional should do a physical examination to see if you have any health risk. He or she can also give you information about how to exercise safely.

8. The member warrants and represents that he/she is in a good health and physical condition. Further that he/she knows of no health, medical or other reason why he/she is unable to participate in passive or active exercise and that such exercise will not be detrimental to his/her health, safety and wellbeing.

9. Members shall not use any club facilities whilst suffering from any infections and contagious illness, disease or other ailment where there is risk of cross infection or where the condition may affect the comfort or wellbeing of other members.

10. Members are required to use their membership QR Code at the turnstile entrance prior to using and before leaving the facility. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to produce a valid membership.

11. Memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable.

12. Only the persons named on the membership may use the facilities. The use of a membership by any other person who is not the owner of the membership may result in the cancellation of the membership and forfeiture of fees.

13. Members and guest on medications or those who have heart condition should not use the sauna or cold plunge unless declared fit to use by their medical doctor.

14. Members and guests are required to wear appropriate gym attire when using the facilities at all times. Members should remain modestly and appropriately dressed in all areas of the club. Members must wear foot covering (i.e., indoor sneakers or aerobic shoes) at all times in all exercise areas as well in the entire club, Socks and Sandal are not allowed. Members are requested to change from walk-in shoes to clean shoes.

15. Games or activities which are disturbing or dangerous to others are not permitted.

16. Sound equipment, such as radios and compact disc players are not permitted except with the use of headphones.

17. Soliciting and selling products and services, including private personal training sessions to any member is prohibited and shall result in immediate termination of the member concerned.

18. All kind of drugs and substitutions are not allowed on Skill Court Academy premises. Zero Drug Tolerance. Those who don’t comply will be terminated immediately with a lifetime ban and reported to the local authorities.

19. The current opening hours are from 06:00 -00:00 hrs.. Management reserves the right to adjust the opening hours of the club and/or any of its facilities for the purpose of cleaning, decorating, repairs, training, special functions, and holidays. The management shall endeavor to give reasonable notice of any change in the operational hours of the club.

20. Temporary closing the facility due to force majeure, the management will compensate the days lost of each membership to its membership owner, unless

21. Skill Court Academy reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges

and fees if found necessary and implement these accordingly with the beginning of a new membership. VAT is applicable to all transactions as per local law. All fees including membership classes, personal training coaching, 1 to 1 and guest fees are subject to change at any given time.

22. The use of photographic and video recording equipment, including mobile phones with camera features within the club, including the changing rooms is strictly prohibited. The local authorities will be informed if any such occurrences take place. Only pre-approved photographic request will be allowed.

23. Live Streaming

23.1 For Advertising: I understand that some training sessions may be live-streamed or recorded using Skill Court Academy technology for advertising purposes. These streams may be shared on social media platforms, the gym’s website, and other promotional channels. I grant Skill Court Academy and its affiliates the right to record, use, and publicly display videos or images of me during these sessions for marketing, advertising, or promotional activities without any compensation.

23.2 Live Home Training: I acknowledge that Skill Court Academy may provide live-streamed sessions for remote or home training purposes. I consent to these sessions being recorded for both personal training reviews and potential promotional use. I understand that while participating in live home training, it is my responsibility to ensure a safe training environment and that Skill Court Academy cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during these sessions outside of the gym’s premises.

23.3 Privacy and Data Use: Skill Court Academy respects the privacy of its members. Any personal data collected during live streams or recordings will be handled in accordance with Skill Court Academy privacy policy in compliance with local governing law. I understand that while every effort is made to ensure privacy during recording, there is no guarantee that third parties (e.g., viewers of the stream) will not capture or misuse content without Skill Court Academy knowledge or consent.

24. Fees and Payment

24.1 Start Up fees and Membership fees are non-refundable upon resignation or termination for any reason whatsoever.

24.2 Monthly subscription is payable on the 29th of every month for the following month through credit card arrangements as indicated by your signature on the Membership Application

Form to assure system is updated, membership is valid and QR Code can be produced.

24.3 Failure to use the Club or non-usage of the Club’s facilities does not eliminate

the obligation to pay all the subscriptions on time nor grants a refund.

24.4 If for any reason the credit card becomes inactive, it is the responsibility of the member to provide the club with new credit card details immediately. For payments that default on the 29th of the month they will be subsequently charged until the payment is collected. In such cases access to the club will be denied until the

outstanding fees are paid. A late payment fee of SAR 50+ applicable taxes will be charged for all payments received after the 15th of the month. The collection dates may change in the future.

24.5 The Management will cancel any membership on which fees are unpaid for

three months, thereafter the Management also has the right to continue to attempt to charge for these dues accordingly. Legal action will be taken to recover any outstanding dues from the member. You may not rejoin any Skill Court Academy until the outstanding amount is paid.

25. Membership

25.1 Freezing of Memberships

25.1.1 A One Month (1) membership can be frozen for a maximum of 8 days continuously.

25.1.2 A Two (2) Months membership can be frozen for a maximum of 15 days continuously.

25.1.3 A Four (4) Months membership can be frozen for a maximum of 30 days continuously or be split into two (2) freezing intervals not exceeding 30 days in total.

25.1.4 A Eight (8) Months membership can be frozen for a maximum of 60 days continuously or be split into three (3) freezing intervals not exceeding 60 days in total.

25.1.5 A Twelve (12) Months membership can be frozen for a maximum of 90 days continuously or be split into four (4) freezing intervals not exceeding 90 days in total.

25.1.1-25.1.5 will not implicate any additional fees.

25.2 Termination, Freezing, Cancellation

25.2.1 Members applying for ‘Termination’ or ‘Freeze’ from the Club must complete a form at the Reception prior to the 22nd of the current month, for the request to take effect the following month.

25.2.2 Members cannot use the Club, its services or facilities during the freezing period and freeze cannot be used as a notice of cancellation.

25.2.3 Termination of a membership that has

been frozen shall be subject to full monthly dues for the notice period. Freeze period is excluded from the minimum term.

25.2.4 Cancellation of any payment (membership, Personal Training, 1 to 1) after the grace period of 48 hours from the day of subscription of membership is not permitted and the amount paid is non-refundable.

25.3 Monthly payment

25.3.1 All monthly paid memberships are open ended, therefore continuous deduction of membership dues until a request to cancel is received from the member. Members applying for ‘Cancellation’ of their monthly subscription from the Club must complete a form at the Reception prior to the 22nd of the current month, for the request to take effect the following month.

25.3.2 The member shall obtain a confirmation in writing (on Skill Court Academy letterhead or electronic message) from the club that the Termination or Cancellation has been applied. Following the member will be informed if Termination or Cancellation has been accepted.

25.4 Membership Upgrade

All members may upgrade their membership from four (4) to eight (8) or twelve (12) and from eight (8) to twelve (12) within 20 calendar days.

26. Classes & PT Booking & Cancellation

26.1 Booking Cancellation Time (in mins) per category:

Each category has its own booking cancellation time which is displayed in in the Application and specific membership.

1. All Boxing Classes: 120 mins.

2. All Fitness Classes: 120 mins.

3. All PT Boxing: 240 mins.

4. All PT Fitness: 240 mins.

5. All Add On Con Classes: 120 mins.

6. All Ballet Classes: 120 mins.

7. All 1 to 1 Ballet: 240 mins.

8. All Dancing Classes: 120 mins.

9. All 1 to 1 Dancing: 240 mins.

10. All Music Classes: 120 mins.

11. All 1 to 1 Music: 240 mins.

26.2 Booking Opening Time (in days) per category:

Each category has its own booking opening time which is displayed in in the Application and specific membership.

1. All Boxing Classes: 7 days

2. All Fitness Classes: 7 days

3. All PT Boxing: 3 days

4. All PT Fitness: 3 days

5. All Add On Con Classes: 7 days

6. All Ballet Classes: 7 days

7. All 1 to 1 Ballet: 3 days

8. All Dancing Classes: 7 days

9. All 1 to 1 Dancing: 3 days

10. All Music Classes: 7 days

11. All 1 to 1 Music: 3 days

27. Spa Area

27.1 Temporary lockers will be provided by the Club and must be cleared daily.

27.2 Unclaimed properties will be kept by the Club for a period of 1 week after which the Management reserves the right to dispose the items in any way it sees fit. Valuable items of any kind shall not be kept in the lockers. The Management does not take any responsibility for the items kept in the lockers.

27.3 Always enter the Sauna after taking a shower and being dried. Always use a towel underneath whilst sitting or lying on the wood.

27.4 Always enter the Cold Plunge after taking a shower. As a respect to others, kindly use a swimming trunk (male), swimming suit (female).

28. Club Etiquette

All members must abide by the rules of the Club and adhere to the etiquette of the Club, which may be amended and / or added to from time to time at the Management’s discretion. Specific childcare policy applies if applicable.

29. Responsibility & Loss

Skill Court Academy or its subsidiaries accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to members or their guests’ properties or for death/injuries sustained whilst on the premises. Members and their guests agree that no claims will be made against Skill Court Academy the Management or staff for any reason whatsoever.

30. Medical Responsibility

Use of the club facilities will be subject to a brief medical questionnaire (Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire). A doctor’s referral letter may be required to obtain medical referral prior to using the gymnasium facilities.

31. Skill Court Academy does not provide Rehabiliation Training at its facility.

32. Parent/ Guardian Signature is required for those under 18 years of age.

I have read, understood and agree to the membership Terms & Conditions extracted from the Skill Court Academy Rules mentioned above.
